I saw this Silvia Tcherassi dress and immediately fell in love. Wasn't in love with the price so much. So, I went on a hunt for a similar dress at a lower price point. I found this somewhat similar, taffeta concoction from Modern Citizen, which will do just fine and save me a few bucks in the process. Do you prefer the splurge or the save?
