I know I've been MIA for a while, bishes! Mea culpa. No excuses. Just sorry! I'm here now lovelies, and here's your Link Love for the weekend.

• Summer is not yet over, so I'm wearing as many pretty dresses as possible. One new-to-me shop I discovered is 'Daughters of India'. They have pretty hand-blocked dresses made by artisans in India, at an affordable price point. There are so many pretty, flowy dresses to choose from. Here are my favorites:

• I'm not normally a Nordstrom shopper and could care less about their over-hyped Anniversary sale. However, this year I have a teenager in middle school who suddenly cares about fashion, so I will pick up a few things for her (and me!). Here are my picks: Madewell Transport Camera Bag, Nike Court Vintage Premium Sneaker, Natural Hand Soap, Kate Somerville Cleanser, and Moonlight Short PJs.

• I just finished the remodel of my master bathroom and am in need of a floor-length mirror. This latest one from Target caught my eye.

• American parents are way too focused on their child's self-esteem. Great article. I try to parent my kids the Indian way - no compliments, no praise, just critiques, and high expectations. LOL
